What make us different from others:-

We do not follow the traditional HUB & SPOKE model; instead we move material directly from shipper to receiver without wasting time to move material between HUB & SPOKE. This of course requires a great deal of coordination throughout the chain but that is what we are good at & add value to our service!

Further, KL believes that transportation requirement can vary from customer to customer and it will be a compromise either on service or rate if we try to fit such varied requirement in a traditional generalized transportation model. Hence we at KL would like to operate differently & provide customized services to individual customer.
